Renowned independent watchmaker Konstantin Chaykin, in collaboration with Ineichen Auctioneers, is set to display a special collection of watches and sketches at the upcoming auction held at this year’s Geneva Watch Days. This carefully prepared event will take place on 29 August 2023, at 13:00 CET, at the Rotonde du Mont Blanc, Quai du Mont Blanc 10, in Geneva. Watch enthusiasts are also welcome to participate in the online auction.
The auction promises to be a momentous occasion with 15 exclusive lots offered to discerning collectors and enthusiasts. Among these exceptional pieces are a selection of attractive timepieces and original sketches crafted by Konstantin Chaykin. Among them are:
Smilodon Watch : A limited edition watch inspired by the prehistoric saber-toothed tiger, showcasing unique functions and paying homage to the ancient predator.
Tourbillon 55 watch: A precision masterpiece with a hidden message for ham radio enthusiasts, reminiscent of Konstantin Chaykin’s youth.
The Time -Eater watch set: A collaboration with Louis Erard, includes monocular wristwatches in two design variations, which are highly sought after collectibles. This watch is presented along with a sketch of the watch.
And Joker Five Watch : A limited edition masterpiece with a fun design, featuring a reverse sector day of the week indicator and references to decks of playing cards.
