1:4 scale miniature version of the Ferrari Daytona SP3 engine and gearbox with sophisticated, sophisticated details and high-quality materials just like the real engine.

Recently, Amalgam Collection introduced its latest model replica and this time the execution theme is the engine and transmission of the Ferrari Daytona SP3.

What you see is a 1:4 scale replica of the F140HC engine block with a 7-speed gearbox. Right now, model car collectors can add a special engine version of the Amalgam.

As for the company, they pride themselves on implementing intricate details and they claim that this powertrain’s perfect craftsmanship cannot be achieved anywhere else.

The F140HC engine equipped on the Daytona SP3 is the most powerful internal combustion engine ever built by Ferrari. With such special significance, Amalgam only produced 599 engine and transmission models of the Ferrari Daytona SP3.

According to Brand Director – Sandy Copeman, the engine and transmission of the Ferrari Daytona SP3 is one of the most exciting car models we launch in 2023.

“This could be Ferrari’s last naturally aspirated engine and we are delighted to work with the design and engineering teams at Ferrari to capture this piece of modern automotive history and present it at scale. Rule 1:4″.

To ensure millimeter accuracy, the 1:4 model was crafted based on CAD data provided by Ferrari. Once received, Amalgam developed regional samples and scaled the data so that the details worked out perfectly.

The parts will then be crafted in individual molds, using metal, rubber, and carbon fiber materials. Besides, some other parts are machined by CNC machines.

According to Amalgam, it took artists more than 3,500 hours to develop and create the first prototype. All need Ferrari to review, assess accuracy and sign off. When everything was perfect, the production process required 325 hours of casting, assembly, adjustment, painting… the finished product is 17 inches (43 cm) long and 7 inches (cm) tall.

For Ferrari fans, this is a great accessory from the Maranello region – the birthplace of Ferraris, legendary sports machines and even the F1 racing car – Ferrari F1-75.

In addition to the engine and transmission, Amalgam also created an accurate miniature model of the Ferrari. Of course, none of these models come cheap.

The Ferrari Daytona SP3 Engine and Transmission model costs $15,250. If you really like it, you can buy the LEGO set of the Daytona SP3 car model.
